It delt with an emergency situation where a firefighter collapsed and appearently needed medical attention.While on a routine call, the Dunlap Volunteer Fire Department arrived with 11 members including Chief John Doering.  The call they received was a cardiac emergency call. I'll take a guess that city officials would say that the city is growing so much they need the additional area.
